Fuhh... Fuhh... Dah berabuk... Dah lame saya tak update blog ni. Hehe... Bukan takde masa, tapi rasa entahlah... Macam takde apa nk ckap... Haha...
Berbalik pada tajuk hari ini... Rainbow cookies, biskut pelangi or actual name in malay is biskut lidah kucing. Don't ask me from where the lidah kucing name came from. It is just like a phenomenal... Everyone is asking, talking, eating ordering, baking, selling... And including me... Haha! Maybe due to its nice vibrant color... It attracted people and wondering how it taste...
I bought my first rainbow cookies from online... Sebab nak rasa sangat... It made me went to ampang to bought it. I bought 4 boxes sekaligus... But i am not regret... Sebab sedap, crunhcy, comel, cantik... Semua lah... Then i bought again another time.... But this time is like... Hmm... Ok... Sejak dari hari tu... Saya bertekad nak try and error... I google the recipe through the internet. The simplest recipe i got.... Then i google again and again... I saw... All this people using almost the same recipe...
After i got the recipe... Now... Alamak... I need the acuan. It is not like any acuan... Ada special acuan utk this biskut... Once again i google and found this lady selling the acuan... Alhamdulillah... I bought 2 acuan at first.... Happily doing on my day off....
That pic is my first trial in making rainbow cookies. Selepas dah siap, saya suh kengkawan saya rasa... Dari situ saya ambil order... Dari kawan2 di tempat kerja. Hmmm...
Selepas dah rasa mcm byk order, i bought another 2 sets of the acuan. I made my baking easily and timing pon cepat siap... So i can take more order.
Some of the order... Saya bercadang untuk menjadikan ia sebagai side income saya... Saya suka baking.... I feel i just like my mother. She was a good baker last time... Mak saya pon pernah bukak jualan biskut raya. My small business was started when i was after my SPM... Saya dengan mak amik order untuk biskut raya.... Hehe... Sbb last time mak kije...
Ehh.... Cukuplah membebel.... Kalau ade sesiapa nak order biskut pelangi ni... Boleh lah follow INSTAGRAM saya JAJAKUKEES. Saya akan buka order and where to COD... Biskut ni tak leh nak pos... Takut pecah2.... Saya tak simpan stok... Jadi kalau ade order baru saya buat... Takut simpan lame2 nnti lemau pulak.... Saya pon ada jual NUTELLAGO.... Boleh la melawat2 IG saya ye....
